CT/X-Ray Technician

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Night shift: 3x12 hours (19:00 - 07:00) including weekend overnights (Friday to Sunday).

Job Description

The CT/X-Ray Technician will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures including CT and X-ray exams. The technician will work collaboratively with the medical team to ensure the highest quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT and X-ray procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Prepare and administer contrast media as needed.
• Adhere to radiation safety protocols and guidelines.
• Utilize EPIC for patient charting and data management.
• Assist in the training and orientation of new staff as necessary.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in CT and X-ray imaging.
• ARRT Certification in CT and Radiography is required.
• Hands-on experience with EPIC charting system preferred.
• Ability to perform various imaging procedures and maintain equipment.
