X-Ray Technologist - Day Shift

Job Description

The X-Ray Technologist will perform radiologic procedures and ensure patient safety while providing an exceptional experience. The ideal candidate must demonstrate proficiency in various imaging techniques and must maintain compliance with safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform X-ray and imaging procedures accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure adherence to radiation safety and infection control standards.
• Prepare and assist patients prior to and during imaging procedures.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to facilitate optimal patient care.
• Maintain and manage imaging equipment and radiology supplies.
• Document patient information and procedures in the electronic medical record system (Epic).

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current ARRT Certification in Radiography (ARRT R).
• Current BLS Certification.
• State licensure in Oregon.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an X-Ray Technologist.
• Experience with Epic charting system preferred.
