Registered Nurse (RN) - Night Shift

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Shift: 07:00 PM - 07:30 AM, Every third weekend and every other holiday.

Job Description

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and ensuring a safe and efficient environment. You will collaborate with a healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments of patients' health needs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition.
• Educate patients and families regarding health management and preventive care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Completion of Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing.
• Up-to-date immunizations including COVID-19 Vaccine, MMR, Influenza, and others as required.
• Additional background checks and credential verifications relevant to healthcare services may be required.
