Physical Therapist

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Day shift options are available from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, or 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Call requirements are once per month.

Job Description

The Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating patient conditions, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapy interventions to promote optimal recovery and rehabilitation. The role requires practicing within the guidelines of the state of California.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to support patient recovery.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active Physical Therapist license for the state of California.
• BLS certification is required.
• Experience with Epic software is preferred.
• Successful completion of required health screenings and immunizations.
