Registered Nurse (RN) - 13-week Contract Position

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Registered Nurse (RN) for a short-term contract position. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate patient care while adhering to best practices and standards in nursing.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and support to individuals in various healthcare settings.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Administer medications and perform medical treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to create and implement care plans.
• Monitor and assess patient health, reporting any changes to supervising staff.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN license (Nursys) required.
• Completion of Prime Basic Pharmacology Exam and Prime Core Competencies Exam.
• Clearance from Prime Criminal Background Check.
• Ensure compliance with health history requirements, including vaccinations and screenings.
