Job Description

The Registered Nurse will provide high-quality patient care in accordance with established principles and policies. The role includes administering medications, monitoring patient health, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure effective treatment plans are followed.

Responsibilities

• Administer medication and monitor patient reactions.
• Perform patient assessments and develop care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Document patient care activities and communicate changes in condition to appropriate team members.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN license required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Completion of required health screenings and immunizations.
• Experience in critical care or related field preferred.
