Neuro ICU/IMCU Registered Nurse

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Neuro ICU/IMCU Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care in a fast-paced environment. The position involves working within both the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU), with likely floating between the two units. The ideal candidate will possess strong neurological expertise and be capable of effectively managing critical patient populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the Neuro ICU and IMCU settings.
• Monitor and assess patients' neurological status and vital signs.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to create and implement patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Educate patients and families on health management and treatment plans.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Neuro ICU or similar specialty.
• Current RN license and certifications as required.
• Strong work history with no gaps greater than 60 days.
• Must provide a Skills Checklist, References, and Certification Card.
• Nursys License Verification required.
