Registered Nurse - Neonatal & Pediatric (Nights)

Schedule

This is a 13-week contract position with a night shift schedule of 4x12 hours (19:00 - 07:00).

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with neonatal and pediatric expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care in a Level 4 NICU setting and possess the necessary skills to handle complex patient cases.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to neonatal and pediatric patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Monitor patient vitals and manage treatment plans effectively.
• Utilize Cerner for charting and documentation.
• Educate and support families regarding patient care and health information.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Level 4 NICU preferred.
• A valid state nursing license is required before the start of the contract.
• Neonatal and pediatric experience is required.
• Previous charge experience is a plus.
• References required: 2 at the time of submission.
