CVOR Registered Nurse - Day Shift

4 x 10-hour shifts (06:30 - 17:00) with call required 10-12 days per month.

Job Description

The CVOR Registered Nurse will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in the Cardiovascular Operating Room. This role requires a strong focus on patient safety and providing exceptional nursing care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Assist in surgical procedures and provide support to the surgical team.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Educate patients and families regarding care and treatment plans.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current Florida or compact RN license in hand.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in CVOR specialty.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS required.
• Epic charting experience preferred.
