Monday to Thursday: 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM
Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

This is a 13-week contract position.

Job Description

We are currently seeking qualified healthcare professionals to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and meeting the necessary health and safety requirements as outlined in the job qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Delivering quality patient care in accordance with established standards.
• Maintaining accurate health records and documentation.
• Participating in health assessments and evaluations.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• MMR vaccination proof.
• Valid Driver's License or State ID.
• Fit Test certification.
• Hepatitis B vaccination proof.
• Annual TB Questionnaire completion.
• Negative TB Test results.
• Varicella vaccination proof.
• Influenza vaccine proof.
• Physical/Health Statement.
• Completion of Bassett Core Competencies.
• Completion of Bassett Skills Checklist.
• Successful completion of a Bassett Drug Screen.
• Professional references and education verification.
• Criminal background check clearance.
• National and State Sex Offender Registry checks.
