Registered Nurse - Med/Surg Night Shift

7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, three 12-hour shifts weekly, with guaranteed 36 hours per week.

Job Description

We are seeking a Registered Nurse for our Med/Surg department on the night shift. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients during their hospital stay, ensuring their comfort and safety. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver effective patient care.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Perform patient assessments and manage care plans.
• Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active California RN license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Proof of a negative TB screen within 12 months of contract starting date.
