Registered Nurse - Outpatient Imaging

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Day shifts, 5 days a week, 8-hour shifts between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse will work in an outpatient imaging setting and will be responsible for performing various cardiovascular ultrasound examinations. The position requires strong collaborative skills, as the nurse will work independently and float between multiple locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Administer and perform cardiovascular ultrasound examinations, including EKG exams.
• Maintain patient safety and quality care adhering to hospital standards.
• Utilize EMR systems for documentation purposes.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of Registered Nurse experience required.
• Active RN license required.
• Must be registered with either ARDMS or CCI (RDCS/RVT or RCS/RVS).
• Experience with EPIC electronic medical records is preferred.
• Must pass a compliance EKG exam (2 attempts allowed).
