Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in critical care nursing and be prepared to manage a variety of patient conditions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions and responses to treatment.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Assist with complex procedures and maintain equipment according to protocols.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and management strategies.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Two years of Charge Experience preferred.
• Current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications.
• Experience with Cerner charting system preferred.
• Ability to manage a patient ratio of 2:1.
