Job Description

The Healthcare Professional is responsible for delivering high-quality patient care while ensuring compliance with Trinity protocols and standards. The role requires comprehensive health history evaluations and adherence to all protective measures including vaccinations and screenings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough personal health history assessments.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols including vaccinations.
• Participate in required competency testing and training.
• Complete and maintain necessary documentation as outlined in the job description.
• Adhere to the Trinity Code of Conduct and policies.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Completion of Trinity Profile for credentials verification.
• Current health certifications including COVID-19 and Hepatitis B vaccinations.
• Trinity Skills Checklist must be completed and submitted.
• Pass Trinity’s required drug screening and background checks.
• All relevant licensure and certifications must be verified.
