Job Description

We are seeking qualified candidates for a healthcare position that requires comprehensive onboarding credentials. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all required documentation and health screenings are completed prior to starting their role.

Responsibilities

• Complete Personal Health History forms, including vaccinations and health statements.
• Verify licensing and certifications as part of onboarding.
• Participate in competency testing related to specialty.
• Ensure compliance with the Trinity Code of Conduct and patient information security agreements.
• Undergo necessary background checks and verifications.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Candidates must possess the relevant licensure or certifications to practice in their respective fields. Health screenings such as COVID-19 and drug tests are mandatory.
