Schedule

8-hour Day Shift, 36 hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40 hours per week.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Outpatient Physical Therapist with a strong preference for outpatient experience. This role involves working with a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week, with the opportunity to see 12-14 patients per day. The position may require floating to other clinics as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and administer therapy interventions.
• Manage patient care and ensure effective communication with clients and healthcare team members.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with established guidelines.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
• Adhere to safety and infection control protocols.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Tennessee.
• Outpatient experience is preferred; new grads are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed and comply with overtime policies.
