Night shift, 3 - 12 hour shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse with recent experience in Med/Surg Telemetry for a night shift position. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in telemetry nursing, demonstrating the capability to provide high-quality care to patients in a medical-surgical setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care in a Med/Surg Telemetry unit.
• Monitor and assess patients' vital signs and medical status.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient management.
• Educate patients and their families on care plans and health management.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• A minimum of 18 months of recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience, preferably in a single location.
• Active Permanent Ohio RN license or a Compact State License in hand at time of submission.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Previous charge experience and familiarity with community hospital charting systems are preferred.
