ICU Registered Nurse

Schedule

This position offers a schedule of 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, with varied weekends and holidays. The role includes 36 hours scheduled with 24 hours guaranteed. Please note that no RTO (Request Time Off) is permitted during the first week of assignment, and total RTO cannot exceed 7 days.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated ICU Registered Nurse with a minimum of 24 months of recent ICU experience. The ideal candidate will be skilled in advanced life support and capable of providing critical patient care. Navy scrubs are required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Administer medication and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient vital signs and assess patient needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide optimum patient care.
• Document all patient care activities accurately.
• Support and educate patients and families regarding health conditions.

Required Experience and Certifications

• Minimum of 24 months of ICU experience with recent engagement in the last 12 months.
• Active state license to practice with no disciplinary actions.
• Life support certifications must be from AHA, ARC, or ASHI.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications from approved vendors.
• Driver's license to verify residency.
• Travel experience is highly preferred.
