Medical/Surgical Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Medical/Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) for a diverse range of patient care including urology, gynecology, orthopedics, medicine, surgery, trauma, ENT, and vascular care. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality patient care while working effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and competent nursing care to patients in various specialties.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with prescribed protocols.
• Monitor patient conditions, assessing and documenting changes as necessary.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to create and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families regarding health issues and treatment plans.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical/surgical nursing role.
• Current RN license verified through Nursys.
• Must possess a valid certification card related to nursing practice.
• Experience with EPIC electronic health records system is required.
