Job Description

The Travel Registered Nurse (RN) for Telemetry will provide care for patients in a telemetry unit, focusing on both acute and chronic medical issues. This role requires flexibility and teamwork within a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage patients on telemetry.
• Administer medications and perform medical procedures as required.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality protocols in patient care.
• Engage in patient education regarding health management.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum 1-year current acute care telemetry hospital experience required.
• BLS & ACLS certifications are required.
• Strong telemetry experience preferred.
• Chemo certification is a plus as it allows scheduling in the oncology unit.
