CT Technologist - Night Shift

Mid 3x12-Hour Shifts: Friday to Sunday, 3:00 PM - 3:30 AM

Job Description

The CT Technologist is responsible for performing high-quality imaging procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the process. The ideal candidate will work in both outpatient and inpatient settings, supporting a diverse patient population including pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics. Experience with PACS and contrast administration is essential, while additional skills in biopsies and IV starts are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT imaging procedures as per protocols and standards.
• Prepare and administer contrast media for imaging studies.
• Assist in procedures involving biopsies and IV starts.
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Manage radiological equipment and maintain clean, safe work environments.
• Document patient procedures and maintain accurate records.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year CT Technologist experience required.
• Active ARRT CT and BLS certification required.
• Experience with PACS is mandatory.
• NICU, PICU, and Adult ICU experience preferred for night shifts.
• EMR experience, particularly with EPIC, is essential.
