Job Description

Join a dedicated team committed to delivering exceptional, personalized care in an acute rehabilitation setting. As an Inpatient Rehabilitation Nurse, you will support a diverse group of patients recovering from various conditions, ensuring they receive high-quality care during their stay.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and provide nursing care to patients in an inpatient rehabilitation setting.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor patient progress and provide support to ensure the best outcomes.
• Support and educate patients and their families regarding rehabilitation processes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Experience in med-surge or rehabilitation preferred.
