CT Tech - Nights

This position is for a Night Shift, 5x8 Hour schedule (23:00 - 07:00).

Job Description

The CT Tech will be responsible for performing CT scans and providing detailed images to the healthcare team for diagnostic purposes. This role requires adherence to patient safety protocols and efficient operation of imaging equipment, ensuring high-quality results.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT imaging procedures as requested by healthcare providers.
• Administer contrast media and ensure patient safety during imaging.
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain and operate imaging equipment efficiently.
• Document and manage images in the Epic charting system.

Required Experience / Certifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a CT Tech role; 5 years preferred.
• Current certifications: ARRT in CT, ARRT in Radiography, and BLS.
• Experience with Epic charting system is required.
• Community hospital experience is necessary; Level II trauma experience is required.

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.
