Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess the necessary certifications and be prepared to provide high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient health and record vital signs.
• Assist in developing patient care plans.
• Provide support and education to patients and their families.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license.
• COVID-19 Vaccine (for onboarding).
• MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, Tdap, and PPD/IGRA testing (for onboarding).
• Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen (for onboarding).
• Completion of required professional training and certifications.
