Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Rehabilitation Therapist to join our team in a state-of-the-art, 44-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation setting. This facility focuses on the treatment and recovery of individuals suffering from severe injuries or illnesses. Our programs provide personalized and intensive rehabilitation tailored to the unique needs of each patient, particularly those recovering from strokes, brain injuries, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injuries, amputations, and orthopedic injuries.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement customized rehabilitation plans for patients.
• Conduct evaluations and provide treatment interventions.
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient recovery.
• Monitor patients’ progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Support patients and their families throughout the rehabilitation journey.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Candidates must possess relevant licensure and experience in rehabilitation therapy.
