Job Description

We are seeking a Registered Nurse with specialized experience in Labor Delivery and Post-Partum care for mothers and babies. This role involves both direct patient care and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes for patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in Labor Delivery and Post-Partum settings.
• Monitor patient conditions and vital signs to assess progress and identify any complications.
• Support mothers during labor and delivery, providing education and emotional support.
• Ensure adherence to health care protocols and safety guidelines.
• Assist in postpartum care for mothers and newborns, including education on breastfeeding and infant care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Ohio State RN Licensure required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Labor Delivery and Post-Partum Care preferred.
• Current certifications in NRP, BLS, and EFM; ACLS and STABLE certifications preferred.
• Previous experience in charge roles and familiarity with Epic charting system is advantageous.
