Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with expertise in Pediatric Intensive Care (PICU), Neonatal Intensive Care (NICU), and Cardiovascular Intensive Care (CVICU) to provide care for pediatric patients. The candidate will be required to work in multiple units and possess a comprehensive understanding of high-level care procedures and protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care to pediatric patients in NICU, PICU, and CVICU settings.
• Administer treatments and therapies as per medical guidelines.
• Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and collaborate effectively with healthcare teams.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in RRT with a focus on pediatrics.
• Active Ohio RRT license required.
• Current certifications in NBRC, BLS, Advanced NRP, and PALS.
• Experience in Level 4 NICU, PICU, and high-level care preferred.
