This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Night shift, 3x12 hours: 18:30 - 07:00. Must be available for weekends as needed, and may float to other facilities as required.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with at least 2 years of experience to provide high-quality respiratory care. The successful candidate will hold an active Ohio RRT license and possess current NBRC and BLS certifications at the time of submission.

Responsibilities

• Administer respiratory therapy treatments and evaluations to patients.
• Monitor and assess patient responses to therapies and medications.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide optimal patient care.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely using electronic charting systems.
• Assist in the education and training of patients and their families regarding respiratory health.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT).
• Active Ohio RRT license required.
• Current NBRC certification and BLS certification must be in hand at the time of submission.
• Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems is a plus.
• Ability to work weekends and float between facilities as necessary.
