Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN)

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position with the possibility of extension.

Schedule

Must be available for all shifts, including:

• 7 AM start on Mondays (no exceptions)
• Variable shifts totaling 80 hours in a two-week period
• Option for 12-hour shifts available

Job Description

The Emergency Department is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with significant experience to provide high-quality care to patients. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering patient assessments, implementing care plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. This position also requires floating to Long-Term Care or the ICU Department as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department
• Perform assessments, administer medications, and document patient outcomes
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans
• Float to Long Term Care or ICU Department as required

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Mandatory two (2) years of experience in the Emergency Department. Current RN license required.
