Job Description

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with established protocols.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
• Implement treatment plans and assist patients with daily activities.
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to the care team.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid state licensure relevant to the healthcare profession.
• Minimum experience in a similar setting preferred.
