CT Technologist

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Day shift 4x10-Hour (07:00 - 17:00). On-call required during evenings after shift to 0630am. Weekend coverage required on either Saturdays or Sundays.

Job Description

The CT Technologist will perform a variety of imaging procedures, specifically CT scans, across multiple patient age groups including neonates, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. This role requires adherence to safety protocols and the preparation and administration of contrast media.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT scans as ordered, ensuring high-quality images are captured.
• Prepare and administer contrast media while maintaining radiation safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with patients and ensure they are comfortable and informed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including interpretation services.
• Maintain equipment and manage patient records using the appropriate charting systems.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid ARRT certification in CT and Radiography.
• BLS certification required.
• Current Washington state license in hand.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a relevant imaging setting preferred.
• Experience with Epic charting system is a plus.
