Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, rotating weekends; no call requirements.

Job Description

Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for a seasonal contract in Labor and Delivery. The ideal candidate will work in a 32-bed unit with a focus on patient-centered care. Responsibilities include providing high-quality nursing care, performing assessments, and facilitating smooth patient experiences during labor and delivery processes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients in labor and delivery settings, ensuring well-being and safety.
• Perform electronic fetal monitoring and other assessments as required.
• Assist with various procedures, including SVD, cerclages, C-sections, and TOLAC.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation per EMR protocols.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Registered Nurse license.
• ACLS, BLS, NRP certifications.
• 2+ years nursing experience in Labor and Delivery.
• Competency in EFM, SVE, and C-section circulation.
