Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Travel RN specializing in Operating Room nursing. The ideal candidate should possess strong clinical skills in a high-volume surgical environment and be adaptable to the fast-paced nature of the operating room.

Responsibilities

• Assist in various surgical procedures including angioplasty, appendectomy, biopsy, and orthopedic/spinal surgeries.
• Circulate and scrub during operative procedures.
• Maintain patient safety and comfort throughout surgical procedures.
• Collaborate effectively with surgical teams to ensure successful patient outcomes.
• Participate in on-call shifts as required on a rotating schedule.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1-year current hospital acute care experience.
• Current BLS & ACLS certifications.
• Experience with Meditech EMR preferred.
• Prior experience in circulating and scrubbing preferred.
