Registered Nurse - Bone Marrow Transplant Unit

Schedule

12-hour night shifts, 7 PM to 7 AM, on a 12x3 schedule.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse will work in the Bone Marrow Transplant Unit, where they will provide intermediate level of care in an inpatient isolation unit. Responsibilities include administering cell therapy, chemotherapy, and immunotherapy treatments, as well as blood product transfusions and aiding in transplants.

Responsibilities

• Administer cell therapy, chemotherapy, and immunotherapy treatments.
• Manage blood product transfusions and assist with transplants in the unit.
• Maintain low nurse-to-patient ratios ensuring high-quality patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in specialty.
• Required: AHA BLS certification.
• Preferred: AHA ACLS, Chemo, and NIHSS certifications.
• Experience with Cerner is a plus.
