Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our Medical Surgical Unit. The LVN will be responsible for providing safe overall nursing care to patients and collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure a positive patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe and effective nursing care in accordance with established protocols.
• Monitor patient health and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and assist with patient assessments.
• Support a positive teamwork environment by collaborating with colleagues.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current LVN licensure.
• BLS certification.
• Telemetry capable; inpatient hospital nursing experience is preferred.
