Registered Nurse - Post Procedural Care

Schedule

7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, with the possibility of working up to 3 Saturdays within a 6-week schedule. Closed on Sundays. Holidays assessed individually based on surgical volumes.

Job Description

This position is primarily responsible for caring for post procedural patients who typically stay 1-3 nights following their surgery. The role may also include taking care of cath lab patients and some ER overflow as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to post procedural patients.
• Monitor patients' condition and vital signs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families.
• Assist with patient mobility and daily living activities.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN licensure.
• COVID-19 Vaccine required for onboarding.
• MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, and Tdap vaccinations required for onboarding.
• Two-step PPD or IGRA required for onboarding.
• Completion of a Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen prior to onboarding.
• Trinity Skills Checklist and other compliance paperwork must be completed prior to onboarding.
