Radiation Therapist

Day shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Radiation Therapist to provide high-quality care to patients undergoing radiation therapy. The therapist will be responsible for delivering treatments using state-of-the-art equipment and collaborating with a dedicated team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients on a linear accelerator in partnership with a staff Radiation Therapy Technologist (RTT).
• Administer treatments, including Electron Beam Therapy, External Beam Therapy, IMRT, SBRT, and SRS.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Work closely with oncology staff to develop and implement treatment plans.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• ARRT Certification in Radiation Therapy (RTT).
• California State License as a Radiation Therapist.
• BLS Certification.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in radiation therapy.
• Experience with Varian Linac, VisionRT, ARIA, and other related technologies.
• Ability to work weekends is not required.
