Night Shift: 19:00 - 07:00, with weekend rotation if required.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Progressive Care unit in a critical access hospital. This role involves providing comprehensive nursing care to patients aged 18 and older, with a majority of the patient population being 65 and older.

Responsibilities

• Manage care for patients in a 17-bed unit.
• Provide inpatient, observation, and swing bed services.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy.
• Administer medications and document care effectively using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
• Perform wound care and manage PICC/CVC lines for patients as needed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a medical-surgical or progressive care setting.
