Night shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Level III NICU team. The ideal candidate will possess experience in a NICU setting and demonstrate strong clinical skills while providing exceptional care to our infants and support to their families.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for neonates in a Level III NICU.
• Manage patient care and document nursing interventions and outcomes.
• Collaborate with neonatal care providers, including physicians and NNPs.
• Administer medications and IV therapies as per protocol.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions and document changes in status.
• Respond to emergencies and conduct code responses as required.
• Engage and support families through difficult hospitalizations.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid RN license.
• Current certifications: BLS, NRP, ACLS.
• Minimum of 1 year of NICU experience, preferably in a Level III setting.
• Advanced skills in IV placement, hypoglycemia management, and emergency response are essential.
