Physical Therapist - Acute Care

4 days per week, 10-hour shifts, including a rotating schedule to cover weekends.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our inpatient acute care team. The selected candidate will work closely with a diverse team of therapy providers to deliver high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct therapy interventions to patients in an acute care setting.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation using EMR EPIC.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Acute care experience is required.
