EP Lab Tech - Day Shift

Day shift, 3x12 hours (07:00 - 19:00), no weekends or call required.

Job Description

The EP Lab Tech will be responsible for performing various procedures and supporting the EP lab team in delivering exceptional patient care. The position requires a comprehensive understanding of electrophysiology principles and techniques, as well as proficiency in operating relevant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in electrophysiology procedures and ensure the lab environment is conducive to patient care.
• Utilize advanced technology and equipment in the EP lab.
• Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff for effective patient management.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation within the established charting system.
• Follow all protocols and guidelines related to patient care and safety standards.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as an EP Lab Tech.
• Current Florida license or a compact license is required.
• ARRT or CCI certification is highly preferred.
• Experience with Cerner or Epic charting systems is required.
