Job Description

The Registered Nurse in the ICU will provide critical care to patients in a fast-paced environment. With a focus on compassionate patient care, the RN will be responsible for monitoring patient status, administering treatments, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver attentive and compassionate care to patients and their families.
• Monitor patient vitals and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Perform advanced procedures including central line and arterial line insertions.
• Utilize equipment such as ventilators and CRRT effectively.
• Document all patient care activities in the Meditech system.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN license required.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Prior ICU experience necessary.
• Advanced skills in critical care procedures.
