Registered Nurse - Nights (12H) - Acute Care

This position offers a night shift from 7 PM to 7 AM, with guaranteed hours of 36 hours per week.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide care in an acute care setting. This role involves assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care efficiently and effectively.
• Monitor and assess patients' conditions, documenting all care provided.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and post-discharge care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN license.
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications.
• PALS certification preferred.
