Night shift, 3-12 hour shifts, 7pm-7am.

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse with a minimum of 18 months of recent Medical Surgical/Telemetry experience. This role demands a strong clinical background, exceptional patient care skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Medical Surgical/Telemetry unit.
• Monitor patient vitals and perform assessments to ensure optimal patient safety and comfort.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement effective care plans.
• Educate patients and their families regarding health management and treatment options.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 18 months of permanent Medical Surgical/Telemetry nursing experience required.
• Active Ohio RN license or compact state license in hand at the time of submission.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; NIHSS preferred.
• One recent reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for required.
