Registered Nurse (RN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Weekend Doubles

Schedule

This position requires a shift from 18:30 to 07:00, encompassing 24-hour weekend doubles on Saturday and Sunday. The role will involve rotating to different homes within the same campus.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients, collaborating with healthcare team members, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for residents. As part of your onboarding, you will complete 5 consecutive days of daylight orientation from Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Assessing and documenting patient care needs and outcomes.
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Providing support to patients in daily living activities.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.
• Rotating to different homes on the same campus as required.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Candidates must possess a valid RN or LPN license. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
