Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist - Ocean Springs, MS

Schedule

This position offers an 8-hour day shift, with the possibility of working up to 40 hours per week, offering 36 hours guaranteed. Overtime must be approved by the director before any overtime hours are worked.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist who is ready to deliver exceptional care to our outpatient population. Experience in outpatient settings is preferred, but we welcome first-time travelers and new graduates to apply. This role involves the potential for floating to other clinics within the network and offers an option for a Travel Team position in either this clinic or a neighboring clinic.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical therapy evaluations.
• Develop and implement effective treatment plans.
• Manage patient caseload by seeing 12-14 patients per day, with a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week.
• Handle follow-up visits, utilizing double-booking as required.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting is preferred. No specific licensure requirements are stated; however, relevant qualifications pertaining to delivering outpatient physical therapy services in the state should be kept in mind when applying.
