Surgical Technologist Position

Schedule

This position requires a commitment to 12-hour shifts, working three times a week to total 36 hours per week.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Surgical Technologist with a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience. The candidate must possess a current certification from NCCT or NBSTSA and hold a valid BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the operating room for surgical procedures, ensuring all necessary equipment is available and functional.
• Assist the surgical team during procedures by handing instruments and maintaining a sterile environment.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Ensure proper handling and disposal of surgical instruments and biohazard materials.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Surgical Technologist.
• Current certification from NCCT or NBSTSA is mandatory.
• Valid BLS certification required.
