Experienced Medical Surgical RN - Night Shift

Schedule

This is a night shift position, requiring 36 hours per week across three 12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM. Every other weekend is required, and there is no call involved.

Job Description

Join our dedicated team in the Medical Surgical Care unit as an experienced RN. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical surgical nursing and a preference for those with telemetry experience. This role is vital in providing exceptional patient care and support during night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to medical surgical patients.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions effectively.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and records.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid RN license in the state of Maine.
• ACLS and BLS/BCLS certifications required.
• Previous medical surgical experience is mandatory.
• Telemetry experience is preferred.
