Job Description

A Physical Therapy Assistant is needed to support the rehabilitation efforts in the Henderson community. This role involves working closely with patients to implement treatment plans and assist in their recovery journeys.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of treatment plans as designed by licensed Physical Therapists.
• Support patient mobility and rehabilitation efforts using necessary equipment and modalities.
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively within the healthcare team.
• Reinforce therapeutic exercises and techniques with patients.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
• Valid Texas PTA License is required.
• Experience in acute care, outpatient clinic, rehabilitation hospitals, and skilled nursing facilities is preferred.
