Shift: Days, 08:00 - 16:30 (40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Physical Therapist to join our inpatient rehabilitation team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care to adults and geriatric patients, focusing on rehabilitation for various conditions including CVA, cardiac, orthopedic, and general debility.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Implement therapy interventions to improve patients' functional abilities.
• Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment as necessary.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy.
• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Iowa.
• CPR certification.
